Admission forms need to be filled, dated and signed by parent. | |||
| 4. | Immunization forms must be filled out. | |||
| 5. | Registration or deposit must be paid. | |||
| 6. | 10 Post dated cheques for the first of each month must be submitted with the registration forms. | |||
| 7. | Our catered hot lunches follow the Canadian food guide. We encourage a positive attitude about eating healthy foods. Lunch is offered by the school. Please advise the school of any allergies so that alternate menus can be prepared. The lunch menu will be posted on the bulletin board. | |||
